A one-day training course open to all grades run by Japan Shotokan Karate England. Expect a mix of kihon, kata and kumite sessions led by Roy Tomlin Sensei (7th Dan) and Ken Hori Sensei (6th Dan).
Open to all JSKE members, from beginners through senior grades — instructors tailor sessions to provide useful technical detail at multiple levels. You must have a valid license.
Those wishing to grade this year should make every effort to attend. There will be a grading assessment. You will be able to get advice from senior grades about your readiness for taking a dan grade.
University of Hertfordshire Sports Village has on-site parking and refreshments.
